About This Event

Mallorca's autumn middle-distance triathlon. Race day is 17 October 2026 in Peguera, Calvià. 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run. Individual entries for 2026 are sold out. A women's 4.3 km run sits on 16 October and a junior aquathlon on 18 October. This is the remaining Mallorca tri this year now that Alcúdia 70.3 and the Olympic race have been run.

What to Expect

Mediterranean swim off Peguera, bike into the south-west hills, run on the seafront. October water is kinder than a May Irish sea swim. The bike is not Alcúdia's Tramuntana, but it is not flat either. Expo and race week run 15–18 October.

Who It's For

Age-group triathletes who want a Mallorca A-race in autumn. First 70.3-distance athletes who missed Alcúdia in May. Individual 2026 is sold out, so this listing is for people already in, or watching 2027.

How to Enter

Individual 2026 is sold out on challenge-mallorca.com. Watch that site for 2027. Relay and spectator info is on the same page. Triathlon Ireland licence is not required for Challenge Family races, but check the athlete guide for licence rules on the day.

Getting There

Peguera is 25 minutes from Palma airport. Direct Dublin–Palma flights still run in October. Stay in Peguera or Palmanova. Bike hire in Magaluf/Palmanova is straightforward. Irish clubs have used this as the post-season Mallorca trip for years.
